• 2 egg + 6 egg whites
  • 1 cup of grated carrot
  • ½ cup of oatmeal
  • ½ cup of coconut flour
  • ½ cup pineapple cut into small pieces
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1dta of stevia
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of vanilla FORZA WHEY PRO 

Preparation: Mix all the wet ingredients in one bowl and in another the dry ones. Then add in 3 equal parts the dry ones to the wet ones. Let the mixture repose 5 min. Then prepare them in a Teflon.
