We accept ALL returns in original packaging within 14 days from the order date.
All returns are subject to the customers paying for the return shipping cost.
The customer must contact us prior to returning product(s).
Refused Shipments: If a customer wishes to cancel an order, it is their responsibility to cancel the order prior to the product(s) being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after it has been shipped, or refuses the shipment, the customer must notify us at the time of refusal. We will accept the merchandise back, pending notification from the customer, 5 days from order ship date. 100% of the order cost will be reimbursed, minus the shipping cost. If after the 5 days post order ship date, we will credit the customer his or her order amount to use in the FORZAGEN store at a later date.
